    All inherently intuitive women walking a self-governing path or feeling the pull toward one — grounded in purpose and ready for more. It is also designed for women who are interested in understanding how to use Ayurveda to improve their health, or for women who are not currently pregnant, but are beginning to think about starting or expanding their family. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to explore how Ayurveda can support fertility, emotional balance, and overall vitality in the preconception phase.

  • Nothing at all! This course is open to complete beginners as well as those already familiar with Ayurveda. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the foundations, with each practice and principle explained in a simple, accessible, and easy-to-apply way. No prior knowledge is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to learn.

  • You’ll explore Ayurvedic approaches to:

    • Reducing stress and supporting mental/emotional health

    • Using food, herbs, lifestyle, and daily routines to build Ojas (vital energy)

    • Understanding your unique mind-body constitution (Dosha) and creating daily/seasonal rituals for balance

    • Cultivating emotional resilience, intuitive body wisdom, and a conscious environment for conception

    • Learning the foundational principles of Ayurveda (the Five Elements and the Three Doshas)
